Privacy Policy
This is a static marketing site that collects almost nothing. Here is exactly what that means, written to describe what actually happens rather than what a template says.
In short
This site sets no tracking cookies, runs cookieless analytics that cannot identify you, and does not sell, rent or share personal data. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us: the details you submit when booking a call through cal.com, and anything in an email you write to us. This policy is a placeholder published in good faith ahead of formal legal review. Definitive terms for any engagement are set out in the signed client agreement, which governs over anything on this site.

ComplyLock is a service operated by ForgedLuxe LLC, a Florida limited liability company. AgentLock™ is a trade name of ForgedLuxe LLC. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean ForgedLuxe LLC.

What we collect
- site analytics
- Aggregate and cookieless. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports page views, referring sites, approximate country, and general device or browser type. It sets no cookie, builds no device identifier and assembles no profile. We cannot use it to identify you, and we cannot look up what any individual visitor did.
- booking a call
- Only what you type into the form. Scheduling runs on cal.com. When you book, you submit your name, your email address, and any details you choose to add in the notes. That information is handled by cal.com as our scheduling provider, and we see it so that we can prepare for and hold the call.
- email you send us
- Your message and your address. If you write to hello@, privacy@ or security@complylock.ai, we hold the correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of what was discussed.
- nothing else
- There is no other collection point. The site has no accounts, no logins, no comment fields, no newsletter signup, no chat widget, no advertising pixels and no third-party embeds beyond the web fonts it loads. If it is not in the list above, we do not collect it.
What we do not do
- No tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling. That is the reason you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
- No cross-site tracking. No fingerprinting, no retargeting lists, no advertising networks, no third-party trackers following you to or from this site.
- No selling or renting of personal data. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose personal data to data brokers, advertisers or list vendors. There is no circumstance in which we would.
- No enrichment or profiling of visitors. We do not run lead-enrichment lookups against visitors, and we do not build behavioral profiles.
- No collection of sensitive categories. The site does not ask for and has no mechanism to collect health, financial, biometric, precise location or government identifier data.
Third parties
Two providers process data on our behalf for the website. We use no others for this site.
- Cloudflare
- Hosting, content delivery and cookieless analytics. Cloudflare necessarily processes connection data such as IP address in order to serve the page and protect the service. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- cal.com
- Scheduling. cal.com hosts the booking form and processes the name, email address and any notes you submit in order to create the appointment. See the cal.com privacy policy for how they handle that data as a processor.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid legal process. We have not built any other route by which your information leaves us.
How long we keep things
- Analytics. Aggregate only, retained by Cloudflare on its own schedule. It is not linked to an individual and there is no individual record to retrieve or delete.
- Booking details. Kept for as long as needed to hold the call and follow up on it, then deleted when there is no longer a business reason to keep them. Where a booking leads to an engagement, the records become part of that engagement and are governed by the signed client agreement.
- Email. Kept as ordinary business correspondence, and deleted on request where we are not required to retain it.
Your rights
Write to privacy@complylock.ai and we will act on your request. You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete what we hold, subject to any record we are legally required to keep.
We will respond within a reasonable period, and we will not charge you for it. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights. Our approach is to deal with a request on its merits rather than on whether we are strictly obliged to, so please just ask.
Children
ComplyLock is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, write to privacy@complylock.ai and we will delete it.
International visitors
We operate from the United States and information sent to us is processed in the United States. Our providers operate global infrastructure, so data may transit or be stored in other jurisdictions under their own terms. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to the United States.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and we will move the "last updated" date at the top when we do. If a change is material, we will say what changed rather than quietly revise the text.
